Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy
1. All Sales Final – Sealed Pokémon Products
Due to the nature of collectible trading card games, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any Booster Boxes, Booster Packs, or individual cards/singles. All sales of sealed product are final.
2. Limited Exchanges on Other Unopened Products
We offer exchanges on other unopened products (excluding sealed Pokémon items) within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original, factory-sealed condition with proof of purchase.
- You may exchange for any other in-stock product or receive Store Credit. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs via The Courier Guy.
3. Order Cancellations
If you cancel an order before it has been dispatched, you will receive Store Credit for the full value (no cash refunds). A 5% administrative fee applies to cancellations processed through the payment gateway.
4. Damaged or Defective Goods
Please inspect your parcel immediately upon arrival.
- Shipping damage: Report within 24 hours to serpentsummittcg@gmail.com.

Manufacturer defects: We are not responsible for factory issues (printing errors, missing cards, etc.). Please contact the publisher directly.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, you are responsible for both the return shipping and the shipping fee for the replacement item.
