Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We ship to all addresses within South Africa using our integrated shipping partner, Bob Go.

2. Shipping Options & Rates

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order value:

• Standard Shipping
  R99 for orders under R1,000
  Free for orders R1,000 and above
• Express Shipping
  R159 (1–2 business days to major centres)

3. Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once handed over to Bob Go:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (major centres)

Remote areas may take slightly longer.

4. Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp as soon as your order is collected. You can track your parcel in real-time through Bob Go’s tracking portal.

5. Important Notes

• Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
• Deliveries occur Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00.
• High-value orders may require signature on delivery.
